Objectives:
Teach blockers to solo block.

1. Hitters start in the ready position for their approach.

2. Blockers start at the net with the ball.

3. Blockers toss balls for hitters, from  either over or under the net.

4. Repeat set number of times (10).

5. Switch hitters and blockers.
