Objectives:
Increases the heart beat and teaches the players to be aggressive under the net. Also teaches the players to work near the net without touching it.
Setup:
Divide the team in 2 equal groups. Each group runs around half court (as shown).
When the players reach the net they jump and touch the partner's hands, then they make 2 steps and jump again...
Running the drill:
Run for 3-4 minutes.
Variations:
Instead of jumping, players stay low in a defensive position and make a side run to see who reaches the other post first.
