Objectives:
To practice ball control over the net and have a good warm - up
1. Player initiates drill with a down ball over the net to partner.
2. Player must dig, set and return a down ball to partner cross court.
3. Repeat.
Variations:
• Players must take an approach and hit a controlled ball to partner.
• Players must receive the first contact overhead and hit the second contact.
• You may increase difficulty be spreading the players farther apart.
