Objectives:
Practice cross court hitting and digging.
1. Coach initiates drill by giving far side a free ball.
2. Play pass set and hit cross court.
3. Defensive team digs ball and plays it out.
4. Rotate cross court players from back row to front row to off court. (Setters stay)
Variations:
• Have setters block.
• Play King of Court style with winners receiving free balls and teams rotating.
• Run only back row attacks.
