Objectives:
Train passing while moving to the left, right, front and rear.
• Five players stand on court with the ball.
• Start the drill with a toss to the passer in the base position shown.

• After passing, players run forward and touch the tosser's foot.
• Passer backwards with straight back to the basic position, about half way tosser tosses the next ball.

• After passing, players run forward and touch the tosser's foot for the second time.
• Passer backward diagonally to the base position in front tosser2, about half way tosser2 toss the ball next.

• After passing, players run forward and touch the tosser2's foot.
• Passer backward diagonally to the base position in front tosser3, about half way tosser3 toss the ball next.
• Make sure tossers consider the movement of players.

• After passing to 3, players ran behind the tossers to the basic position in front tosser4.
• Approximately half way tosser4 toss the ball high, players toss the ball back to tosser4.

• Position players to switch to the next base, about half way tosser5 toss the ball next.
• Players toss the ball back to tosser5, and players rushing flee back to the position of first base.
• Repeat as desired.
